The Free Press was born of a love of Sandwiches and Newspapers. Both are mediums that offer substance, endless variety, and the comfort of tradition.

Like the best newspapers, some of which adorn our walls, we set out to honour tradition with forward thinking, freeing our panini press to explore ingredients outside of the ordinary.

With that in mind, the panini at The Free Press are pressed in the traditional Italian style on delicious Ciabatta bread but feature ingredients ranging from the very traditional, like The Caprese, to entirely new creations, like the Kubla Khan and the Thai Chicken, that you won't find anywhere else. -TFPB 2004
